Unlike mass-produced products, every order is handcrafted in small batches and made to order. This approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality, freshness, and attention to detail while ensuring each product meets our standards before it reaches your hands.
Seasonal Collection Drops
Our limited-edition seasonal collections are released throughout the year in carefully curated quantities. To provide our community with early access, we offer a Pre-Sale Event before each collection launches.
How Pre-Sale Works
Pre-Sale opens during the first two weeks of the month prior to the collection's release.
During this period, 50% of the collection inventory is reserved exclusively for pre-sale customers.
All pre-sale orders are carefully handcrafted and will ship on the official collection release date, which is always the first day of the launch month.
Collection Release Day
Beginning on the first day of the release month, the remaining inventory becomes available to the public while supplies last.
Orders placed after the official release date will follow our standard production schedule of 5–10 business days for processing before shipment, as each item is still handcrafted to order.
Signature Collection & Holiday Collections
Our signature Be Intentional collection, along with select holiday releases, are available year-round (or during their scheduled holiday season) and follow our standard fulfillment timeline.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
Photographs of the product packaging, if applicable
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Product Variations
Our products may contain natural ingredients and handcrafted elements. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, or fragrance may occur and are not considered defects.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase. The Why Collective is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products.
